Banksy Strikes Again!

Socially conscious graffiti artist Banksy has created his biggest work to date. Two stories high and done right under a CCTV camera, his latest piece is a social commentary on the state of big brother in London. To pull this one off he had to erect a scaffold, and create his work under a tarp. All this from inside a secured parking lot. Which means someone had to give permission to erect the scaffold, although I doubt they knew his intentions. You'll remember he's the guy who painted the two cops making out.
